I am a people-oriented person. My social and positive-introverted personality leads to my strongly neutral, interested and curious attitude towards my clients.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Growing up in the Netherlands (The Hague) as a child of a Belgian mother and a Luxembourgian father, I enjoyed various international schools (Dutch, French, American, International). This was followed by studies at TU Delft, the Netherlands, with an exchange year at ETH Zürich in Switzerland - as such, I have always lived between cultures.

I started my career as an architect, today I concentrate on curatorial and programmatic work and have found myself in coaching & training.

I LEARNED TO BE OPEN AND FLEXIBLE, TO WAIT AND SEE, AND ABOVE ALL TO UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A HUMAN BEING AND IS THEN SHAPED BY HIS OR HER CULTURE.

Curriculum Vitae

Born in 1973 in Halle, Belgium, grew up and studied in the Netherlands in an international environment.

Lived in Switzerland for 7 years and now in Germany. Married since 2004, two children (2006 and 2008).

13 years of professional experience as Dipl. Ing. Architect in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, mainly in the design and planning phases and various positions (employed, own office, location management NL).  

Since 2011 - Program development and execution for the Stiftung Bayerisches Baugewerbe in Munich, the Oskar von Miller Forum, an excellence initiative of the Bavarian Construction Industry..

2011 - 2017 - curatorial work for architecture and civil engineering exhibitions at the Oskar von Miller Forum.

Since 2017 - execution of the Leadership Program with seminars (with external business coach Antje Ireland) and personal career coaching for scholarship holders of the Oskar von Miller Forum.

Since 2021 - Part-time: self-employed coach and trainer for professional transformation processes.
